The 2013 Salary Adjustment Calculator is designed to assist executive branch employees in determining what their salary will be after the July 1, 2013 adjustments for both the across the board increase of 1.5 and the adjustments from the salary survey.
Some employees may not be included in the adjustments from the salary survey because there is a law that requires the salary for their job classification to be calculated differently. These employees may contact their department Human Resources office for assistance. Minor rounding calculations may mean your actual rate is slightly different.
Employees who receive a pay differential of any type must contact their department Human Resources office for assistance.
The calculator is a tool used to estimate an employee’s predicted salary adjustments based on that employee’s current job classification. The calculator does not guarantee a salary and shall not be construed to create a contract between the state and the employee.
