It is not too early for state and higher education employees to begin thinking about any changes they need or want to make during the annual enrollment transfer period (AETP). The changes will be effective 1-1-2020
The dates for the 2019AETP are :
• State and higher education active employees: September 30, 2019 through October 11, 2019 ending at 4:30 p.m. Central.
• Retirees: September 30, 2019 through October 25,2019 ending at 4:30 p.m. Central.
