DCS Caseloads Bill passes House Children and Families Subcommittee

The House Children & Families Subcommittee today (3-5-19) unanimously passed an amended version of HB0921, the DCS Caseloads bill, on to the House Judiciary Committee. This is the first step in the process, with several steps to go, but it is a good start!
