This week, active state employees should have received an email from DOHR with a link to an online survey called the Organizational Health Survey.
TSEA has discussed the survey in length with Governor Lee’s administration and DOHR. We believe this is an excellent opportunity for our members and all state employees to share valuable insights about their workplace.
The governor’s administration assured us that the survey is confidential and anonymous.
We want to encourage all state employees to complete the survey and utilize this chance to share your perspective on your worksite. It is not often that an administration seeks employees’ insights as part of their efforts to make state government stronger and healthier. Let’s not sit out this opportunity.
DOHR has requested 100% participation to maximize the insights they gather from the survey. We are told the survey will take about 20-30 minutes, and the deadline is Friday, August 14 (one week from today).
DOHR said in their email to employees that the survey is designed to be an in-depth evaluation of the way we organize and complete our work, and the findings will be used to enable us to think boldly about our collective aspirations for state government.
We hope you will take the time to offer your unique insights.
Thank you for being members of TSEA and for all you do for Tennessee.
