Join ParTNers for Health: #4Mind4Body Lunch and Learn Sessions

ParTNers for Health has joined Optum, our behavioral health/EAP vendor, and ActiveHealth, our wellness program vendor, to host a series of lunch and learn sessions on a variety of topics, ranging from changing eating habits, to exercise, quitting nicotine and more! 

Information about the sessions is below. You will not have to pre-register to join any of the sessions. You can attend in-person or log in for the webinar. Webinar instructions are found here. Tobacco/Nicotine Free Living

Increase awareness about the effects of tobacco products for users and non-users. Understand the impact of e-cigarettes, dip, and second- and third-hand smoke. Identify ways to minimize exposure to tobacco products, learn how to prepare to quit and find resources to support tobacco-free living.
