Each year, TSEA awards twenty-one scholarships to dependent children of active or retired TSEA members or to TSEA members themselves. Scholarship application materials for 2014 are now available by request for the TSEA office.
Eligibility requirements:
High school seniors, college freshmen, sophomores and juniors are eligible to apply if they are:
- dependent children of TSEA members (regular or retired),
- regular or retired TSEA member themselves, or
- dependent children of full-time TSEA employees
(The parent of the dependent child or the TSEA member must have been a member for at least one year as of April 1 of the year in which the scholarships are awarded and announced.)
Completed applications must be received or postmarked by April 2.
