As this Performance Evaluation Cycle draws to a close for the 2012-2013 year, TSEA would like to remind state employees of some very imporant past and upcoming deadlines that are key to the fair and successful implementation of the TEAM Act.
Key Dates for 2012-2013 Performance Evaluations
June 30, 2012 – Job Performance Plans were completed for all employees using SMART Formula
July 1, 2012 – Evaluation Cycle for 2012-2013 began
October 31, 2012 – Interim Review 1 due date
February 28, 2013 – Interim Review 2 due date
July 31, 2013 – Formal Evaluation due date
The Department of Human Resources has extended the deadline for employees’ final Performance Evaluations, citing on-going issues found in a recent audit of Job Performance Plans (JPP) and Interim Reviews, in tandem with problems brought to them through Project TEAMWork.
As a result, final Performance Evaluations for the 2012-2013 performance cycle will be due on July 31, 2013, to allow for all revised JPP’s to be discussed, implemented, and evaluated properly.
If your supervior has not given you a minimum of two Interim Reviews or if you still have not received your Job Performance Plan since July 2012, TSEA’s Project TEAMWork needs to know.
