The document titled “2017 Market Adjustment Communication” includes a brief description about the increases and says, “this year’s adjustments will target job classifications with a 14% or greater turnover rate. Eligible employees will see an average increase of 4 % or an increase to the maximum of the classification range. Salary ranges will not be adjusted.”
The original email that contained the above documents said, “Employees that are eligible for the market adjustment will receive further communication and information from their Director or Manager by the end of this week.”
