TSEA Dental and Vision options
Having options is important. The TSEA is offering its members the choice of three dental plans marketed by Federated Marketing, Inc and administered by Ameritas Group. Members can cover eligible dependents under the plan. There is no open enrollment period for this 2017 dental plan and no rate change from 2016.

Provides a monthly cash benefit when you suffer a sickness or off-the-job injury that leaves you totally or partially disabled.
GUARANTEED ACCEPTANCE: There are no health questions, medical exams or tests to take!
GROUP VOLUNTARY CRITICAL ILLNESS
Pays a lump sum benefit to you for diagnosis of a covered illness such as a heart attack, stroke or cancer.
GUARANTEED ACCEPTANCE: There are no health questions, medical exams or tests to take!
GROUP UNIVERSAL LIFE INSURANCE
Additional/optional rider coverage with limited underwriting (only two medical questions).
