Today the state announced state employee Pay-for-Performance “rewards” for the 2018-2019 performance cycle.
Employees with performance ratings of valued, advanced, or outstanding will receive a 3 percent increase in their base salary.
Additionally, state employees rated advanced or outstanding will receive a one-time bonus, in an amount determined by a percentage of their base pay; 3 percent for advanced, 6 percent for outstanding.
These P4P increases for TEAM Act employees are effective Jan. 1, 2020 and will be paid on January 31, 2020.
TSEA thanks the members of the TN General Assembly, Gov. Bill Lee, and DOHR for continuing to invest in our great state employees.
As a reminder, non-TEAM Act employees (Higher Ed and others) are on different schedules and structures for pay increases and therefore are not a part of these rewards.
If you have questions about these pay-for-performance increases, please contact the TSEA office at 615-256-4533 or 800-251-8732.
Thank you for being a member of TSEA!
