Today, Tuesday, March 9, 2021, SB0361, the Burden of Proof bill, passed the Senate State & Local Government Committee, a crucial first hurdle. The vote was unanimous, 9-0.
We appreciate Senate Bill Sponsor Sen. Joey Hensley for the work he’s done on this bill, and we thank the committee members for their support of this legislation and state employees.
The bill now moves to the Senate Finance committee.
